ROWE is the engineer of record for many Michigan communities. The staff members in this division work closely with communities' elected officials and support staff, as well as the general public. Our engineers provide design and construction engineering services for a wide variety of projects, including utilities, roads, and bridges.
The Transportation Division provides design, construction engineering, and planning services bridge, road, streetscape, and parking lot projects. Our professionals provide design and construction engineering services to municipal and governmental clients, including the Michigan Department of Transportation and county road commissions across the state.
Special Services Division
The Special Services Division provides of ROWE specialized services design and construction engineering services for stormwater management, sewer systems, wastewater treatment, water systems, land development, and demolition projects. Our construction observers are fully certified in a variety of materials-testing capabilities,including nuclear density testing. They are also MDOT pre-qualified and certified to use Field Manager record-keeping software.
