As you know, for the last two years Rowe Incorporated has been working on a headquarters office expansion and relocation to downtown Flint. This has been a long and sometimes tedious process but we believe that patience is its own reward and good things are worth the wait.

Our current headquarters building on Taylor Drive has been sold and the terms of that sale dictate that we vacate that building by the end of September. In order to meet that obligation we have secured an interim location for our headquarters while we wait for the new building in downtown Flint to be completed. That temporary location will be:

This facility is located on the northwest corner of Hemphill Road and Saginaw Street, in the same building as the Hurley Health & Fitness Center. We will be occupying this space as of the afternoon of Friday, September 7, 2007.

Please note that as part of this move we will commence using the address for our future, permanent home in the downtown building for return address and mailing purposes only. Our phone numbers will remain unchanged. We hope that the transition to this temporary space, and ultimately to our new, permanent location will appear seamless from your point of view. Although recent construction setbacks have extended our final occupancy date for the new building in downtown Flint, ROWE has confidence in Uptown Development and its general contractor, architect, and structural engineering team. We look forward to that team identifying what caused last week’s problems and resolving these issues so that their project can get back on track. We are enthusiastic about being part of downtown Flint’s revitalization and look forward to occupying our new offices in 2008.
