Northbank Center

The Northbank Center is located between Saginaw and Harrison Streets, north of the River. It contains several buildings of various architectural styles and a 300 space parking deck, which continues the consistent urban setback along Saginaw Street south of the river. Currently, the Northbank Center Building is undergoing Phase I renovations to upgrade health and safety deficiencies—Phases II, III and IV will take place as city, state and/or federal redevelopment support becomes available.
