Waterstreet Architects are aiding the Grand Traverse District in their effort to improve the area. At this stage, Waterstreet Architects are performing a survey to identifying condition of structures within the district.

Methodology

  • Mapping of existing structures
  • Identifying those structures that are in reasonably good shape
  • Identifying those structures that are deteriorating

Goals of Survey

  • Survey will identify areas suitable for somewhat higher density development at the perimeter of the area that are suitable for higher-density development.
  • Bringing attention to those structures that need repairs or other actions.
