Traverse District in their effort to improve the area. At this stage,
Waterstreet Architects are performing a survey to identifying condition of
structures within the district.

Methodology

- Mapping of existing structures
- Identifying those structures that are in reasonably good shape
- Identifying those structures that are deteriorating

Goals of Survey
|
- Survey will identify areas suitable for somewhat higher density development
at the perimeter of the area that are suitable for higher-density
development.
- Bringing attention to those structures that need repairs or other
actions.
