Project Specifics

GFAC has already made major renovations to the first floor of their existing building.  These renovations saved an historic building in the downtown area that had been decimated by fire and slated for demolition.  At one time this building was home to the Vernors Soda Pop company.  It is hard to find any longtime residence of Flint that have not seen the mural depicting the elves rolling barrels of Vernors Ginger Ale across a landscape and saving this historic building was a triumph for the Flint area.
