Building Program

Assist the architect with the development of a program of accommodation for the renovated theatre based on the findings of the first phase of the study and continuing interviews with potential facility users.

Capitol Theatre Assessment

Continuing from the initial facility assessment in Phase One, TCP would conduct a thorough analysis of the theatre.  TCP would be responsible for assessing and commenting on areas of theatre planning and design as they relate to accommodation and functionality.  TCP would work closely with the architect in determining the changes, alterations and improvements necessary to renovate the theatre and related spaces.

Performance Equipment Budgets

TCP would develop preliminary budgets for performance equipment systems to be included in the theatre renovation.
